Land: Providing advice on appropriate blocks of land
to suit various building designs that will fit into your overall financial
budget.
House Design: The house will be designed to best suit
the contoured shape of the land and your living needs (from 10 metre frontages,
to sloping blocks and odd shaped blocks, etc.)
Budget: The construction of the house will be
tailored to suit your overall budget and my experience will ensure that your
budget won't be blown! We design the house to suit the block of land, your
lifestyle needs and your budget.
Energy Efficiency: In this modern age it is important
that the house is designed with maximum energy efficiency in mind which will
serve to maximise comfort and minimise running costs.
Builders: As an independent building consultant, I
have a select number of BSA Gold Card Builders who build in steel or timber
frames and would quote on your home.

Building Contract: My experience comes from having
owner managed the construction of my own 40sq home. By dotting the
'i's and crossing the 't's prior to signing the building contract, I was able to
eliminate all the misunderstandings that normally happen during the construction
period. Now I am able to help my clients to protect their investment by
ensuring that their building contract is a true "Fixed Price Contract".
